
Breath Coaching
Most people get too little oxygen through their "normal" way of breathing, which can eventually cause minor or major ailments from fatigue, illness to stress.
With connected Breathing you learn how to breathe more fully and experience what that can do for you. "Breathing.. what is so special about that? I have been breathing my whole life, every day just like that...!" Fortunately, otherwise you wouldn't be here, you can go 30 days without food, 3 without water but after 3-5 minutes without breath...? But how do you breathe? What is the quality of your breath?
What can connected breathing mean for you? and how can this breath support you..
The connected Breath is a powerful transforming, self-healing process (a therapeutic session) and this way of breathing penetrates deeply into different layers and can bring a lot of space, insight and relaxation:
You detoxify your body thoroughly (70% of waste products are eliminated through breath)
You permanently clean up suppressed/stuck emotions and blockages Unprocessed memories will come to the surface, without stories, and find their place in your system.
Old (negative) beliefs, imprints, programs and thought patterns will be erased and make room for peace and clarity and being more in the NOW Judgments and self(pre)judgments can transform into acceptance.
You relax on a deep level so that you will experience more space and energy
Your natural connection with body and mind is restored (and with your core/source/higher Self)
You will go from resistance to flow living in your natural life stream.
Also problems with not being able to express yourself (relationship/work/private) or finding it difficult to receive or allow happy feelings/enjoyment, not daring to feel or be able to express your anger or when feeling and/or processing your fears, stress, feeling rushed, having a feeling of lack, letting go and/or allowing....
We often (survive) with what has happened in our lives, have put something away without really having to/daring to feel it and this is how blockages arise in our life stream..
These blockages can be released by breathing so that you can take your place again and say yes more to (all aspects of) life.
How do I work?
I will analyze your breathing, after a short intake about what you bring as a theme and what you want to work with.
Your breathing shows how you are currently in life and how you have adjusted your breathing if necessary due to situations in your life.
During the session you are invited to breathe connected and to stay present with what is presenting itself and to let happen what wants now (only what you are ready for happens). I will support you with voice and touch where necessary. At the end you will automatically sink into a deeper relaxation and the integration process will settle.
PRICE private BREATHING SESSION:
The sessions last +-2 hours (intake, explanation, the breathing session and integration.) 1.5/2 hours €110,-

Breathing Journeys:
A breathing session with a group(s), each on their own mat.. guided by Breathing coach(es) and Music (see also: Dance 'n Breathe) We Breathe with a small group, each lying on her/his own mat, in their own process. With movement and intention sharing beforehand and closing circle to integrate your journey.
Where: in NL in Ermelo Starts 19:30 (or 10:00/11:00)
Contribution: €45-50 (+ cocoa)
When you register, you will receive a tikkie link of €20,- to reserve your spot. And then bring between €25 and €30,- (+cacao) in cash
