YinFasciaBalance & YinYangFlow - Yoga met Sanna

The Yoga classes are for those who want to learn to integrate more relaxation,

flexibility and inner strength into their daily lives.

In the Yoga classes the emphasis is on your own body awareness.. learning to feel and recognize what is good for your body in the moment..

Come into your body and out of your head so that you can achieve a deeper relaxation and stay more with yourself.

 

I give lessons and workshops Breath and Bodywork nationwide at various locations, festivals and on request.

And fixed lessons in NL Harderwijk/Ermelo ​ and S/W Portugal

 

YinFasciaBalance

A soft slow form of Yoga where you stay in a position for a long time (mainly sitting and lying down) to really feel what it does instead of doing it. This can sometimes be confronting because the fascia/connective tissue is somewhat tougher than the muscles and therefore needs time to soften.. but once it softens it is a blessing for body and mind and you will become more flexible/mobile in body (joints) and mind. ​

YinYangFlow

Mindful yoga, balancing body and mind. With the yoga exercises we explore our boundaries and personal body type and respect them. We learn to know our strength and flexibility, become more flexible in our thoughts/beliefs about ourselves and learn to let go of what does not serve us. This makes us more aware of our body and therefore feel better in our "skin". Breathing, relaxation, core exercises and slow flow (= in each other over flowing postures with lots of space and rest for awareness in the stretch or posture) Learning to feel the build-up of the postures step by step in order to be able to deepen and investigate what the posture/stretch brings you.

 

In Yin it is more about softening and surrendering to gravity and feeling what is happening on all levels in us.

We learn to release tension with deepening breathing. It works more on the deeper connective tissues, the meridian (energy flow) system, the joints and brings silence to our head.

Yang is the more inner strength part of the lesson where we learn to use our core and develop balance. These are quiet flow lessons with a focus on strength and relaxation This combination will bring more relaxation and balance and make you feel better, healthier and more relaxed in body and mind. ​
