Dancing is a wonderful way to come home to yourself and your body, to feel your heart beating and to feel the breath activating..
By consciously connected Breathing we clear the way to expand our consciousness and experience a deep connection with ourselves.
Traveling in our subconscious layers beyond thoughts, patterns and (self)judgments, an enormous space can be experienced; for healing, integration and acceptance.
This space for ourselves brings deep relaxation to our entire being. This is a very personal and transformative journey for yourself. By warming up in the dance and taking these openings of body, heart (beat) and breath (rhythm) into ourselves in the breathing session, we give ourselves more space to go on the breathing journey.,, to let go and allow...
In the deep relaxation that follows there is room for integration, universal love and insights can come to the surface.
An opening experience from body to heart and of softening ​
We start the Dance'n Breathe with 30 min of Dancing and then we move on to the Breathing Journey, lying on mattresses connected breathing with guidance of experienced breathing coach and assistant(s) ​
