
Dance Meditation and Dancing
Dance Meditation is a moving meditation, giving movement to what is there or is happening at the moment.

We start with body awareness/arriving in our body. And from a more "home in our body" the rest will unfold naturally.
The dance comes from your feeling and from your body, so if you "think" you can't dance... you can shake that thought away and move your attention to your body and feel, wait and be surprised by what comes into motion.
Dance is beyond your mind...
But if your head distracts you with all kinds of thoughts like: how will I dance? or to do lists, what do I look like? discomfort, shame, boredom, judgments and so on ;-) That all has a dance! as soon as you set that in motion it changes and you can come from thoughts into the body, feel and you come more into the NOW; "Body in Movement".
Move in a way that feels good and enjoyable for no one else but yourself.
A calming, activating, opening, playful and pleasant way to move with everything that is and to bring clarity to your daily life rhythm.

Dance 'n Breathe
Dancing to get into our bodies, feel our hearts beating and feel our breath activating.
Then we move from dancing to lying down and connected breathing where you make an inner journey into your feelings and emotions.
Breath is the vehicle of our consciousness and with our breath we can release blockages in thinking, feeling and behavior.
In the deep relaxation that follows there is room for integration, room for universal Love to be allowed in and insights can emerge.
